Providing online therapy throughout the state of Texas…
What if you could find someone safe?
Someone who won’t judge you…
Someone who has your best interest at heart…
Someone who will support you with gentle guidance…
What if you learned to support yourself…
… as you let go of painful past experiences?
Can you imagine feeling free to pursue a more meaningful life?
Wouldn’t it be nice to have the tools you needed when unexpected challenges get in your way?
What would it feel like to find a safe space?
In therapy, we’ll dull the sharp edges of your painful memories so you can finally move forward.
It’s serious work, but that doesn’t mean we can’t approach it with a sense of humor (because you need one to make it in this life!).
Couldn’t you benefit from a place where you’re unconditionally accepted and supported as you heal and grow?
You’ll get all this in therapy!
You will be more confident because you’ve restored yourself to your real truth. Your wiser self will become stronger and start to lead the way. You will look back and sympathize with the old you and wish you’d started this road sooner!
You will be reminded that life is about learning from our past experiences and present challenges so that they don’t limit our future. They are woven into the fabric that makes us complicated but beautiful.
You deserve to live the best life possible!

About Me
I’ve had my rounds with the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Like everyone else, I’ve gone through things no one wants to talk about. But I’ve learned from all of it, including how to laugh. You’ve got to.
I’ve experienced a lot in my life and taken away many lessons on how to deal with what life throws at us. I think it makes me down-to-earth and relatable to anyone.
I have enormous respect for what others have been through.
I can’t help but admire the perseverance and strength of the human spirit. It inspires me every day.
My hippie side loves the yoga greeting, “Namaste.” It signifies that “the divine in me sees the divine in you.” I see this in my clients despite their pain.
I’ll always strive to help you bring out your best self so you can see and remember the best inside you!
Some of my educational and professional background…
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor and Registered Play Therapy (RPT) Supervisor with over 30 years of experience.
I have worked in the mental health field with children and families, the Texas Family Courts, domestic and international adoption, and in education from pre-K through college.
I have training and experience with military members, first responders, and special education populations. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Couples Therapy from a Developmental Model.
I take a systems approach to therapy that’s client-centered and strengths-based, working together with you as a team.
